Construction Documents and Detailing :
Complete technical document production. While we generate the basis for these drawings throughout the design process, only when you are satisfied with the design and ready to build do we create this comprehensive and thorough set of documents.
Material and Furnishing Selection:
Creating material boards helps to understand how everything looks together. At your request, we also go directly to local suppliers to ensure the quality and exact specifications of all raw and finish materials, appliances, and furnishings.
Building Permits :
We work directly with the local building departments to file your application and ease your project through the permitting process, avoiding you spending the time trying to answer questions that may or may not relate to your project.
Furniture Design :
Custom furniture design and fabrication to create an isolated piece of art for your space, or to create a continuity of design from the largest concept of your project down to the smallest detail.
